1. Cancellations

Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel a service agreement at no charge provided work has not yet commenced and no materials have been purchased. Written cancellation must be submitted to contacto@primevertex.pro.

After Work Has Begun

If work has already started, the following charges may apply: cost of materials already purchased or ordered from suppliers; labor costs for work already performed at standard hourly rates; administrative and project management costs incurred; any third-party fees or deposits already committed on behalf of the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Services billed but not rendered
• Overpayments confirmed by our accounting department
• Situations approved in writing by company management

Not Eligible for Refund

• Services already completed in accordance with the signed contract
• Materials that have been installed or incorporated into the property
• Custom material orders placed specifically for the client's project
• Custom designs, plans, or technical drawings already produced
• Services rendered that conform to the agreed scope of work

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email contacto@primevertex.pro with: full legal name, invoice or contract number, date of service or purchase, detailed reason for the request, and supporting documentation (photographs, receipts, communications). We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are evaluated within 5 to 15 business days from the date a complete request is received. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 additional business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Payment Reversals & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be disputed with full supporting documentation.

6. Material Returns

Materials purchased through our online store may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and not custom-ordered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be addressed through direct communication with Prime Vertex Inc. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Construction and remodeling services are performed directly at the client's property or at the location specified in the signed contract. Service scheduling is confirmed in the written estimate and agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

2. Order Processing

Orders for construction materials placed through our website or by direct communication are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

We currently deliver materials within Miami-Dade County, Florida. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

5. Delivery Methods

• Direct to job site: materials delivered directly to the construction or renovation location

• Scheduled pickup: client picks up at agreed location
• Third-party carriers: for orders outside our direct delivery range, we may use licensed freight carriers

Once your order ships or is scheduled for delivery, you will receive notification by email or phone with an estimated delivery window. For service appointments, a confirmation call is made 24 hours in advance.

7. Delays

Prime Vertex Inc is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, government permits or inspections, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you promptly of any delay.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If materials arrive damaged or do not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contacto@primevertex.pro or (786) 318-4481 with photographs. We will arrange replacement or credit at no charge to you.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may be subject to applicable state and local taxes, permit fees, and inspection costs as required by governing authorities. Signed contracts maintain agreed pricing throughout the project.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in each project contract. Material purchases require payment in full prior to order processing. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo, and ACH bank transfer.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify payment information and cancel orders suspected of fraud. Customers who provide false payment information or engage in fraudulent transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, we ask clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issue. Illegitimate chargebacks will be disputed with full supporting documentation. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
